Foundation Initiatives

 

The Community Foundation of Greater Greensboro serves as a center for philanthropy in the Greater Greensboro area. It provides leadership and expertise in managing and implementing initiatives that address critical and emerging issues in the community. The relationships our professional staff and experienced board of directors have with donors, nonprofits, foundations, governments and communities uniquely position the Community Foundation to strategically invest resources in projects or organizations at times when these resources will have the greatest impact.

These initiatives vary over time in accordance with the Foundation’s strategic priorities and the community’s greatest needs.  The Foundation actively evaluates the results of each of its initiatives to assure their outcomes continue to provide maximum impact in the community.
